Welcome to MapFirst, a product operated by Biscotte GMBH, registered in Zurich, Switzerland.
These Conditions of Use (“Conditions”) govern your access to and use of MapFirst.ai, its widgets, SDKs, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By visiting or using any MapFirst Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
License and Access
MapFirst grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Conditions.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without permission;
Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of MapFirst systems;
Use any automated system (such as bots or scrapers) to access or collect data from MapFirst.
MapFirst reserves the right to terminate or restrict access at any time, with or without notice, if these Conditions are violated.
Use of AI and Automated Systems
MapFirst uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate, rank, or enhance map results, recommendations, and related content. These AI systems may create summaries, visuals, or insights based on publicly available information and proprietary datasets.
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information and should not be relied upon as professional or factual advice.
All AI-generated or AI-enhanced content remains the intellectual property of Hoot Creative SARL and may not be reused, redistributed, or commercialized without our written consent.
You agree not to use any part of the MapFirst platform to train or feed any external AI system or large language model without prior written authorization.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, data, and functionality within the MapFirst Services are owned by Biscotte GMBH or its licensors and are protected under Swiss and international copyright, trademark, and database laws.
“MapFirst” and associated logos are trademarks of Biscotte GMBH. No license or right to use them is granted except as expressly provided in the Program Policies or by written agreement.
You may not remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices displayed in the Services.
User Conduct
You agree to use MapFirst responsibly and not to:
Upload or distribute material that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes intellectual property rights;
Attempt to hack, probe, or gain unauthorized access to MapFirst systems or data;
Create derivative works, mirror, or deep-link to MapFirst content without authorization;
Misuse the Services in a way that could damage MapFirst’s reputation or interfere with others’ use.
Violations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access.
Liability and Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties.
MapFirst does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapFirst and Hoot Creative SARL are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.
Links and Third-Party Content
MapFirst may display links, listings, or map points that lead to third-party sites or partner content (for example, Tripadvisor, hotels, or booking platforms). These are provided for user convenience only.
MapFirst has no control over third-party content and does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products, services, or information provided by third parties.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of MapFirst Services is also governed by the MapFirst Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect data.
By using the Services, you consent to data processing as described in that policy.
We comply with Swiss data protection law and applicable international regulations, including the EU GDPR, where relevant.
Termination
MapFirst may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Conditions or any other applicable policy.
All provisions relating to ownership, liability, disclaimers, and governing law shall survive termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Any dispute or claim relating to these Conditions or the use of MapFirst shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Zurich.

MapFirst may revise these Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on mapfirst.ai/legal.
By continuing to use the Services after an update, you agree to the revised Conditions.
